About GTC

GTC is an expanded network of 19 dealerships doing business as Freightliner Northwest, Western Star Northwest, TrailerCraft, and Freightliner of Hawaii. As a full-service Freightliner, Western Star, Wilson Trailer dealership family, GTC can sell, finance, insure and service commercial trucks for medium and heavy-duty applications. 

Responsibilities

  • Run diagnostic tests and analyze results.
  • Repair or replace vehicle engines, steering mechanisms, transmissions, and braking systems.
  • Working knowledge of engines, transmissions, differential, A/C and suspensions.
  • Determine unit condition by conducting inspections & diagnostic tests, identifying deficiencies.
  • Able to read schematics for electrical and air systems.
  • Develop technical skills through training opportunities
  • Test equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers' specifications; make necessary adjustments if required.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the shop.

Qualifications

Heavy equipment dealership experience is preferred however our dealer family has opportunities for many skill sets.  Bring your strong mechanical aptitude, team player mentality and belief in safety first to Team GTC!
